ARRESTS

Lt. Hammond arrested Angela Gay Goodwin from Sylacauga, AL. on a warrant for Probation Violation. She was processed and placed in the County Jail to await trial.

Deputy Rudd arrested Janifer Cheryl Bales from Goodwater, AL. on two warrants for Negotiating a Worthless Instrument. She was processed and released on bond to await trial.

Deputy Cook arrested Bobby Joe White on the Charge of Driving Under the Influence and a warrant for Failure to Pay/Driving while suspended. He was processed and placed in the County Jail to await trial.

Deputy Rudd arrested Stephanie Lynn Butts on a warrant for Failure to Appear/ Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was processed and placed in the County Jail to await trial.

Deputy Cook arrested Saul Hernandez Mendoza from Goodwater on the charge of Driving Under the Influence. He was processed and released on bond to the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Deputy Rudd arrested Orlando Delandfort Withers from Alexander City, AL. on eight warrants for Negotiating a Worthless Instrument. He was processed and placed in the County Jail to await trial.

Deputy Lipscomb arrested Elpadro Kalonji Jackson from Montgomery, AL. on the charge of Driving Under the Influence. He was processed and released on bond to await trial.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 150 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.

Sylacauga Ambulance was dispatched to Hwy 231 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 41 after receiving a report of a stranded motorist. The Deputy assisted the motorist without incident.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 55 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy patrolled the area and no evidence of the vehicle was found.

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle and determined that one of the subjects was wanted by another agency. The Deputy transported the subject to the County Line and turned him over to the other agency.

A Deputy was dispatched to McCook Way after receiving a report of ATV’s in the roadway. The Deputy patrolled the area and no evidence of the ATV’s was found.

KEYNO

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a request for a Funeral Escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 324 after receiving a report of a civil dispute. A report was completed and the warrant process explained.

A Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

Kellyton and Goodwater Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a three vehicle accident. Two people were transported to Russell Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper and the Coroner.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 29 after receiving a report of a possible burglary. The Deputy checked the property and determined that someone had left the door opened by mistake.

ROCKFORD

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle and one subject was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and the others were asked to leave the area.

A Deputy was dispatched to Shelly Riggins Road after receiving a complaint of door to door sales people in the area. The Deputy located the subjects and asked them to leave the area until they had the proper license to sell.

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle and it appeared to be disabled.

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a request for a funeral escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 98 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. The Deputy spoke to both parties and the issue was resolved without incident.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 18 after receiving a report of a cow in the roadway. The Deputy patrolled the area and no evidence of the cow was found.

A Deputy was dispatched to Sunny Pine Drive after receiving a complaint of dogs running loose in the area. The Deputy located the owner of the dogs and requested that they keep them put up.

Kellyton Medics were dispatched to County Road 91 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. The subject causing the problems had left the residence prior to the Deputy’s arrival.
