ARRESTS

Lt. Keel arrested Stanley Demetrius Lindsey from Elmore, Al. on a Grand Jury Indictment for a Felon in Possession of a Firearm. He was processed and returned to the Department of Corrections to await trial.

Deputy Rudd arrested Michael Lynn Fowler from Rockford, AL. on the charge of Domestic Violence 3rd/Assault. He was processed and placed in the County Jail to await trial.

Deputy Jones arrested Tanya Kay Yates from Alexander City, Al. on a warrant for Negotiating a Worthless Instrument. She was processed and released on bond to await trial.

Lt. Hammond arrested Samantha Sue Woods from Sylacauga, AL. on warrants for Burglary 3rd and Theft of Property 3rd. She was processed and placed in the County Jail to await trial.

Deputy Rudd arrested Bobby Ray Spears Norris from Alexander City, AL. on a warrant for Probation Violation. He was processed and placed in the County Jail to await trial.

Lt. Keel arrested John Earl Christian from Elmore, AL. on a Grand Jury Indictment. He was processed and transported back to the Department of Corrections to await trial.

Deputy Moon arrested Michael John Griggs from Titus, AL. on the charge of Driving Under the Influence. He was processed and released on bond to await trial.

Deputy Lipscomb arrested Rosa Lee Welch Graham from Gastonia, NC. on the charge of Disorderly Conduct. She was processed and placed in the County Jail to await trial.

Deputy Jones arrested Swift Odgen Morris from Sylacauga, AL. on warrants for Manufacturing of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was processed and placed in the County Jail to await trial.

Deputy Rudd arrested Lee Alan Reeves from Stewartville, AL. on a warrant for Harassment. He was processed and released on bond to await trial.

Deputy Burke arrested Regan Michelle Limbaugh from Talladega, AL. on a warrant for Probation Violation. She was processed and placed in the County Jail to await trial.

A Deputy was dispatched to East Marble Valley Road after receiving a report of Trespassing. The Deputy spoke to the complainant and explained the warrant process.

STEWARTVILLE

A Deputy was dispatched to Live Oaks Lane after receiving a report of a civil dispute. The Deputy spoke to both parties and explained the civil process.

A Deputy was dispatched to Oak Crest Drive after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. A report for Domestic Violence 3rd/Harassment was completed and the warrant process explained.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 117 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle and determined that everything was ok.

A Deputy was dispatched to Live Oaks Lane after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. The Deputy spoke to the complainant and the issue was resolved without incident.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 29 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 56 after receiving a report of a horse in the roadway. The Deputy patrolled the area and all the horses were back in their pasture.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 49 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. A report was completed and one subject was arrested for Domestic Violence 3rd/Assault.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 49 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

Goodwater Medics were dispatched to County Road 87 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 85 after receiving a report of Harassment. The Deputy spoke to the complainant and explained the warrant process.

Kellyton Medics were dispatched to County Road 97 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to County Road 65 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

Kellyton Medics were dispatched to County Road 87 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a two vehicle accident. One person was transported to a local hospital and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

RICHVILLE

Richville First Responders and Haynes Ambulance were dispatched to County Road 17 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was airlifted by Haynes Life Saver to Baptist South Hospital in Montgomery.

ROCKFORD

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of children playing in the roadway. The Deputy patrolled the area and determined that the kids had left the area.

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a stranded motorist. The Deputy assisted the motorist without incident.

Haynes Ambulance and a Deputy were dispatched to Hwy 22 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

Rockford First Responders and Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Hwy 231 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was treated on the scene and did not require transport.

Life Saver airlifted one person to UAB Hospital in Birmingham, Kellyton Medics transported one person to Russell Medical Center, and one person was fatally injured. A report was completed and the scene was turned over to the Coroner and Trooper.

A Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a one-vehicle accident involving a deer. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

Rockford First Responders were dispatched to County Road 331 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was treated on the scene without incident.

EQUALITY

Equality First Responders and Haynes Ambulance were dispatched to County Road 2 after receiving a Life Alert call from a resident. The resident was assisted on the scene and transport was not needed.

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 259 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle and determined that everything was ok.

RAY

Ray First Responders, Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to County Road 63 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. One person was transported to Russell Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 73 after receiving a report of an unwanted person. The Deputy located the subject and determined that he was wanted by another agency. The Deputy transported the subject and turned him over to the other agency.

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy patrolled the area and the person was not located.

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a private property accident. A report was completed without incident.

A Deputy was dispatched to Russell Medical Center after a resident reported being bit by a dog. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Health Department.

LAKE MARTIN

A Deputy was dispatched to Needle Eye Road after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREA

Deputies were dispatched to River Run Road after receiving a report of a resident threatening to harm themselves. The Deputy’s spoke to the subject and the issues were resolved without incident.

SMYRNA

A Deputy was dispatched to Dickey Lane after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. The Deputy spoke to both parties and the issue was resolved without incident.

ARRESTS

Deputy Hammond arrested Amy Nicole Cossey from Alexander City, AL. on a warrant for Criminal Trespass 2nd. She was processed and released on bond to await trial.

Deputy Lipscomb arrested Carlos Daniel Rosas Silva from Sylacauga, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear/No Driver’s License, Failing to Stop at Stop Sign and No Insurance. He was processed and released after fines were paid.

Deputy Rudd arrested Albert NMN Jenkins Jr. from Gadsden, AL. on the charge of Driving Under the Influence. He was processed and booked into the County Jail to await trial.

Deputy Cook arrested Jarrod Keith Price from Troy, AL. on the charge of Disorderly Conduct. He was processed and released on bond to await trial.

Deputy Cook arrested Stuart Michael McNair from Mobile, AL. on the charge of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was processed and released on bond to await trial.

Deputy Cook arrested Alisha Lee Culliver from Troy, AL. on the charge of Driving Under the Influence. She was processed and released on bond to await trial.

MARBLE VALLEY

A Deputy was dispatched to Peckerwood Creek Trail after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy patrolled the area and no evidence of the vehicle was found.

STEWARTVILLE

A Deputy was dispatched to Rustling Pines after receiving a report of Trespassing. The Deputy spoke to the complainant and explained the warrant process.

Sylacauga Ambulance was dispatched to McClure Road after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

A Deputy was dispatched to Buford Lane after receiving a report of a vicious dog in the neighborhood. The Deputy spoke to the owners of the dog and warned them about the dog running loose.

HANOVER

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 75 after receiving a request for a welfare check. The Deputy located the subject and determined that everything was ok.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 49 after receiving a report of a civil dispute. A report was completed and the civil process was explained.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 157 after receiving a report of Trespassing. A report was completed and the warrant process explained.

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a business burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the business and determined that the alarm had been set off by accident.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 46 after receiving a report of a civil dispute. The Deputy spoke to the complainant and explained the civil process.

A Deputy was dispatched to Trailer Park Road after receiving a report of a civil disturbance. The subjects that were causing the problems had left the area prior to the Deputy’s arrival.

RICHVILLE

Richville First Responders and Haynes Ambulance were dispatched to Hwy 22 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to a Montgomery Hospital.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 45 after receiving a report of a horse in the roadway. The Deputy assisted the owner in putting the horse back in its pasture.

Deputy Moon attended the Monthly Richville Neighborhood Watch Meeting where he presented the monthly crime report for the area.

ROCKFORD

A Deputy was dispatched to the Sheriff’s Office after a resident came in to report a case of harassment. A report was completed and the warrant process explained.

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a stranded motorist. The Deputy assisted the motorist without incident.

A Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a two vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
