ARRESTS

Lt. Keel arrested James Frederick Pearson from Alexander City, AL. on a warrant for Probation Violation. He was processed and released after serving a 48 hour Sanction.

Deputy Lipscomb arrested Richard Lewis Shealey from Goodwater, AL. on two warrants for Negotiating a Worthless Instrument. He was processed and released on bond to await trial.

Deputy Cook arrested Alan Wayne Jennings from Goodwater, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Pay/ Burglary 3rd. He was processed and booked into the County Jail to await trial.

Lt. Burke arrested Cashton Marcellus Madden from Rockford, AL. on a warrant for Probation Violation. He was processed and released after serving a 48 hour Sanction.

MARBLE VALLEY

A Deputy was dispatched to Magnum Ranch Road after receiving a request for a civil standby. The Deputy assisted the citizen while they retrieved their property.

A Deputy was dispatched to Laurie Ann Drive after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy located the subject and determined that he had permission to be on the property.

Marble Valley First Responders, Sylacauga Ambulance and a Deputy were dispatched to County Road 5 after receiving a report of an unresponsive person. A report was completed and the scene was turned over to the Coroner.

ARRESTS

Deputy Cook arrested Jacorrie Antoine Staples from Sylacauga, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear/No Insurance and Failing to stop at a Stop Sign. He was processed and released after fines were paid.

Deputy Lipscomb arrested Shawn Raymond Carpenter from Rockford, AL. on the charges of Theft of Property 1st and Criminal Trespass 3rd. He was processed and released on bond to await trial.

CALLS FOR SERVICE

MARBLE VALLEY

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 125 after receiving a report of a civil dispute. The Deputy spoke to the complainant and the issue was resolved without incident.

STEWARTVILLE

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of an unwanted person. The subject had left the premises prior to the Deputy’s arrival.

A Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a private property accident. A report was completed without incident.
