ARRESTS

Deputy Hammond arrested Amy Nicole Cossey from Alexander City, AL. on a warrant for Criminal Trespass 2nd. She was processed and released on bond to await trial.

Deputy Lipscomb arrested Carlos Daniel Rosas Silva from Sylacauga, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear/No Driver’s License, Failing to Stop at Stop Sign and No Insurance. He was processed and released after fines were paid.

Deputy Rudd arrested Albert NMN Jenkins Jr. from Gadsden, AL. on the charge of Driving Under the Influence. He was processed and booked into the County Jail to await trial.

Deputy Cook arrested Jarrod Keith Price from Troy, AL. on the charge of Disorderly Conduct. He was processed and released on bond to await trial.

Deputy Cook arrested Stuart Michael McNair from Mobile, AL. on the charge of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was processed and released on bond to await trial.

A Deputy was dispatched to Peckerwood Creek Trail after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy patrolled the area and no evidence of the vehicle was found.

STEWARTVILLE

A Deputy was dispatched to Rustling Pines after receiving a report of Trespassing. The Deputy spoke to the complainant and explained the warrant process.

Sylacauga Ambulance was dispatched to McClure Road after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

A Deputy was dispatched to Buford Lane after receiving a report of a vicious dog in the neighborhood. The Deputy spoke to the owners of the dog and warned them about the dog running loose.

Brandon Alan Davis a convicted Sex Offender that resides on White Rock Road reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

WEOGUFKA

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 29 after receiving a request for a Funeral Escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 55 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy patrolled the area and no evidence of the vehicle was found.

HANOVER

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 75 after receiving a request for a welfare check. The Deputy located the subject and determined that everything was ok.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 49 after receiving a report of a civil dispute. A report was completed and the civil process was explained.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 157 after receiving a report of Trespassing. A report was completed and the warrant process explained.

A Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 66 after receiving a report of a civil dispute. The Deputy spoke to the complainant and explained the civil process.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 46 after receiving a report of a civil dispute. The Deputy spoke to the complainant and explained the civil process.

A Deputy was dispatched to Trailer Park Road after receiving a report of a civil disturbance. The subjects that were causing the problems had left the area prior to the Deputy’s arrival.

Richville First Responders and Haynes Ambulance were dispatched to Hwy 22 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to a Montgomery Hospital.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 45 after receiving a report of a horse in the roadway. The Deputy assisted the owner in putting the horse back in its pasture.

Deputy Moon attended the Monthly Richville Neighborhood Watch Meeting where he presented the monthly crime report for the area.

ROCKFORD

A Deputy was dispatched to the Sheriff’s Office after a resident came in to report a case of harassment. A report was completed and the warrant process explained.

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a stranded motorist. The Deputy assisted the motorist without incident.

A Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a two vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

Rockford First Responders, Kellyton Medics and a Deputy were dispatched to Jackson Street after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 45 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy patrolled the area and no evidence of the vehicle was found.

Deputy Lipscomb arrested Alphonso NMN Swain from Talladega, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear/Speeding, No Insurance, Expired Tag, Switched Tag and No Driver’s License. He was processed and placed in the County Jail to await trial.

Lt. Hammond arrested Charles Walden Hayes from Marble Valley on the charges of Burglary 3rd and Theft of Property 3rd. He was processed and released on bond to await trial.

Deputy Lipscomb arrested Bobbie Joe Jordan from Goodwater, AL. on the charge of Public Intoxication. He was processed and released on bond to await trial.

A Deputy was dispatched to Needmore Road after receiving a report of vehicles tearing up the roads. The Deputy located the vehicles and they were issued citations for damaging the roads.

STEWARTVILLE

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 56 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle and determined that they were working on the phone lines.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 53 after receiving a request for a welfare check. The Deputy spoke to the subject and determined that everything was ok.

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a stranded motorist. The Deputy assisted the motorist without incident.

A Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a two vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 117 after a resident reported gunshot in the area. The Deputy patrolled the area and no evidence of the gunshots was found.

A Deputy was dispatched to Ham Road after receiving a report of a suspicious person walking in the roadway. The Deputy located the subject and determined that everything was ok and transported him to his residence.
