ARRESTS

July 19th / Lt. Burke arrested Lauren Darleen Faust from Wetumpka, AL. on the charge of Domestic Violence 3rd/Assault. She was processed and bond was set at $ 2,000.

July 19th / Corporal Moon arrested Nataya Lanetria Thomas from Alexander City, AL. on warrants for Theft of Property 1st and Forgery. She was processed and bond was set at $ 30,000.

 July 20th / Corporal Moon arrested Michael Chase Wilson from Goodwater, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Pay/ Domestic Violence 3rd/Assault. He was processed and released after fines were paid.

July 21st / Lt. Keel arrested Amethyst Dawn Simpson from Alexander City, AL. on warrants for Failure to Pay/ Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Manufacturing of a Controlled Substance. She was processed and bond was set at $ 2000.

July 23rd / Lt. Hammond arrested Amanda Leigh Casey from Stewartville, AL. on the charges of Theft of Property 2nd and Burglary 3rd. She was processed and bond was set at $ 20,000.

July 23rd / Deputy Lipscomb arrested Chad Eric Frye from Weogufka, AL. on a warrant for Domestic Violence 3rd/Harassment. He was processed and released on a $ 5000 bond.

July 23rd / Deputy House arrested Lori Quinn Boykin from Alexander City, AL. on the charge of Driving Under the Influence. She was processed and bond was set at $ 2000.

July 23rd / Lt. Hammond arrested Jon Cameron Vincent from Childersburg , AL. on the charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance , Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st , Burglary 3rd x 2 and Theft of Property 2nx x 2. He was processed and bond was set at $ 60,000.

July 23rd / Deputy Lipscomb arrested Richard Wayne Williams Jr. from Alexander City, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Driving Under the Influence. He was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.

July 18 / A Deputy was dispatched to CR 70 after receiving a report of a civil dispute. The Deputy spoke to both parties and explained the civil process.

July 19 / Billy Louis Ford Sr. a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 150 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

July 20 / A Deputy was dispatched to CR 74 after receiving complaints of loud music in the area. The Deputy patrolled the area and located the source of the music and warned them about disturbing the neighborhood.

July 20 / Brandon Alan Davis a convicted Sex Offender that resides on White Rock Road reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

July 23 / Kellyton Medics a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. One person was transported to Russell Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

July 19 / Weogufka First Responders, Sylacauga Ambulance, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 55 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. One person was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

July 20 / Sylacauga Ambulance and a Deputy were dispatched to CR 41 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

July 21 / Deputy Smith attended the Monthly Neighborhood Watch Meeting where he presented the monthly crime report for the area.

Stewartville First Responders and Goodwater Medics were dispatched to County Road 49 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 49 after receiving a report of someone shooting a firearm in the area. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the source of the gunshots.

A Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to County Road 123 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

Equality First Responders and Haynes Ambulance were dispatched to County Road 304 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 259 after receiving a report of a child being bit by a stray cat. A report was completed without incident.

Joseph Craig Hay a convicted Sex Offender that resides on County Road 135 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. Two subjects were flown by Life Flight to UAB Hospital in Birmingham and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
