ARRESTS

On September 25th Deputy Rudd arrested Sandy Renee Penton from Rockford, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Non-Support of a Child. She was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 1000 bond to await trial.

On September 26th Deputy House arrested Curtis Latavius Fuller from Goodwater, AL. on the charges of Unlawful Possession of a Concealed Weapon and Possession of Marijuana 2nd. He was processed and released on a $ 4000 bond to await trial.

On September 27th Lt. Keel arrested Frederick Dewayne Wisdom Jr. from Florence, AL. on Grand Jury Indictments for Possession of an Altered Firearm, Speeding and Expired Tag. He was processed and released on an $ 11,000 bond to await trial.

On September 27th Deputy Jones arrested Kimberly Denese Brooks from Alexander City, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear/Driving While Suspended, Expired Tag and Speeding. She was processed and released on a $ 3,000 bond to await trial.

On September 28th Lt. Hammond arrested Colton Reed Jackson from Goodwater, AL. on the charge of Identity Theft. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 40,000 bond to await trial.

On September 28th Lt. Hammond arrested Brian Keith Smith from Rockford, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Pay/Domestic Violence 3rd/Assault. He was processed and released on a $ 1000 bond to await trial.

On September 29th Lt. Burke arrested Charles Cartwright Jackson from Equality, AL. on the charge of Driving Under the Influence. He was processed and released on a $ 2,000 bond to await trial.

On October 1st Deputy House arrested Jackson Akio Griggs from Birmingham, AL. on the charges of Driving Under the Influence, Possession of Marijuana 2nd and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st. He was processed and released on a $ 6,000 bond to await trial.

On September 26th Stewartville First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to CR 150 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

On September 30th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of an Assault. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.

WEOGUFKA

On September 26th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 41 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.

On September 27th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 55 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.

HANOVER

On September 25th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of Harassment. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.

On September 28th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 75 after receiving a report of Harassment. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.

On October 1st Stewartville, Weogufka and Hanover First Responders, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 231 near CR 59 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. One person was deceased and the scene was turned over to the Coroner and Trooper.

KEYNO

On September 30th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 40 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

KELLYTON

On September 26th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 326 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

RICHVILLE

On September 28th Richville First Responders and Haynes Ambulance were dispatched to Hwy 22 near CR 29 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Baptist South Hospital in Montgomery.

 

ROCKFORD

On September 30 Stewartville First Responders, Kellyton Medics and a Deputy were dispatched to Robinson Road after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

RAY

On September 28th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 32 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.

LAKE MARTIN

On September 27th Ray First Responders, Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 259 near CR 92 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. One person was transported to Russell Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

On August 28th Deputy Rudd arrested Melissa NMN Adair from Dadeville, AL. on a warrant for Custodial Sexual Misconduct. She was processed and released on a $5000 bond to await trial.

On August 29th Deputy House arrested Ryan David Weaver from Verbena, AL. on the charge of Domestic Violence 3rd/Harassment. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $2500 bond to await trial.

On September 1st Deputy Rudd arrested Damien Anthony Perry from Sylacauga, AL. on the charge of Possession of Marijuana 2nd. He was processed and released on a $2000 bond to await trial.

On September 1st Deputy Rudd arrested Timothy Lee Perry from Sylacauga, AL. on the charge of Carrying a Concealed Weapon without a Permit. He was processed and released on a $2000 bond to await trial.

On September 2nd Chief Davidson arrested William Christopher Butler from Weogufka, AL. on the charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana 2nd, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd.He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $9000 bond to await trial.

On September 3rd Deputy House arrested Leslie Hosey Wilson from Sylacauga, AL. on warrants for Assault x 2 and Harassing Communications. She was processed and released on a $1500 bond to await trial.

On August 29th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 near CR 49 after receiving a request for a funeral escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.

KELLYTON

On August 28th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 85 after receiving a report of an Assault. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.

On August 31st Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Hwy 9 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

RAY

On September 1st Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 71 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

LAKE MITCHELL

On August 29th a Deputy was dispatched to Water Spring Court after receiving a report of a Domestic Dispute. A report was completed and one subject was arrested for Domestic Violence 3rd/Harassment.

On August 30th a Deputy was dispatched to the Sheriff’s Office after a resident came in to report an Assault. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.

On August 31st a Deputy was dispatched to Wagner Drive after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On September 3rd a Deputy was dispatched to Overlook Trail after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.

SMYRNA

On August 28th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 81 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.

ARRESTS

On August 22nd Deputy Jones arrested Javarse Dontrell Williams from Goodwater, Al. on warrants for FTA/Non-Support of a Child and Fishing Without Permission. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on $1000 bond on each charge to await trial.

On August 25th Lt. Hammond arrested William Edward Messing from Goodwater, AL. on the charge of Ex-Felon in Possession of a Firearm. He was processed and released on a $5000 bond to await trial.

On August 26th Deputy House arrested Tabatha Shoshoni Cheyenne Borntrager from Greenville, AL. on the charges of Driving Under the Influence and Possession of Marijuana 2nd. She was processed and released on a $2000 bond on each charge to await trial.

On August 27th Deputy Jones arrested Devin Wayne Thomas from Alexander City, AL. on the charge of Public Intoxication. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $500 bond to await trial.

On August 24th Stewartville First Responders, Sylacauga Ambulance and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. One person was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

On August 24th Kellyton Medics and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. One person was transported to Russell Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

On August 25th Hanover First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to CR 49 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

MOUNT OLIVE

On August 26th, a Deputy was dispatched to CR 123 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. A report was completed for Domestic Violence 3rd/Harassment and the warrant process was explained.

KEYNO

On August 23rd Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 127 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On August 25th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Hwy 22 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

RAY

On August 22nd Rockford First Responders, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 259 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

On August 26th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 73 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
