JAIL POPULATION AS OF MAR.10 (41 MALES & 7 FEMALES) TOTAL OF 48 INMATES

ARRESTS

Deputy Moon arrested Quintez Revandus Moon from Kellyton, AL. on the charges of Assault 3rd and Probation Violation. He was processed and placed in the County Jail to await trial.

Deputy Hammond arrested Bobby Ray Spears Norris from Alexander City, AL. on Grand Jury Indictments for Driving Under the Influence, Speeding, Expired Tag, and Switched Tag. He was processed and released on bond to await trial.

Deputy Cook arrested Gregory Lee Dunham from Goodwater, AL. on the charge of Domestic Violence 3rd/Assault. He was processed and released on bond to await trial.

Deputy Hammond arrested Justin O’Neil Burns from Dadeville, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Pay/Unauthorized use of a vehicle. He was processed and placed in the County Jail to await trial.

Deputy Jones arrested Justin Bernard Woody from Kellyton, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Failing to Stop at a stop sign. He was processed and placed in the County Jail to await trial.

Deputy Hammond arrested Joseph NMN Funderburg from Sylacauga, AL. on a Grand Jury Indictment for Sexual Abuse of a Child. He was processed and placed in the County Jail to await trial.

CALLS FOR SERVICE

STEWARTVILLE COMMUNITY

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of cows in the roadway. The owner had put the animals up prior to the Deputy’s arrival.

Stewartville First Responders, Sylacauga Ambulance, A Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to County Road 29 after receiving a report of single vehicle accident. One person was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 29 after receiving a report of animals in the roadway. The owner had put the animals up prior to the Deputy’s arrival.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 78 after receiving a report of Trespassing. A report was completed and the warrant process explained.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 29 after receiving a report of a civil dispute. The Deputy spoke to the complainant and explained the civil process.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 70 after receiving a report of a civil dispute. The Deputy spoke to the complainant and explained the civil process.

A Deputy was dispatched to Antique Valley Drive after receiving a report of Harassment. The Deputy spoke to the complainant and the warrant process was explained.

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a stranded motorist. The Deputy assisted the motorist without incident.

A Deputy was dispatched to Hallman Drive after receiving a report of Harassment. The Deputy spoke to the complainant and explained the warrant process.

Stewartville First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to Sunnyside Circle after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

WEOGUFKA COMMUNITY

Weogufka First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to County Road 56 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was treated on the scene and no transport was needed.

Weogufka First Responders, Haynes Ambulance, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to County Road 29 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. One person was transported to the hospital and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 183 after receiving a report of a domestic disturbance. A report was completed and the warrant process explained.

HANOVER COMMUNITY

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 75 after receiving a report of Disorderly Conduct. A report was completed and the warrant process explained.

MOUNT OLIVE COMMUNITY

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 511 after receiving a report of a stranded motorist. The Deputy assisted the motorist without incident.

KELLYTON COMMUNITY

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 77 after receiving a report of a donkey in the roadway. The owner put the donkey back in the pen.

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. A report was completed and the warrant process explained.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 50 after receiving a report of a domestic disturbance. A report was completed and one person was arrested for Domestic Violence 3rd/Assault.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 87 after receiving a request for a funeral escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.

RICHVILLE COMMUNITY

Deputy Smith attended the Richville monthly Neighborhood Watch Meeting where he presented the monthly crime report for the area.

ROCKFORD COMMUNITY

A Deputy was dispatched to Hill Street after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle which appeared to be disabled.

Deputy Burke attended the Union Square monthly Neighborhood Watch Meeting where he presented the monthly crime report for the area.

A Deputy was dispatched to Jackson Street after receiving a report of a civil disturbance. The issue was resolved after the Deputy spoke to both subjects.

Rockford First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to County Road 120 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

COTTAGE GROVE/ HISSOP COMMUNITY

Rockford and Equality First Responders, Goodwater Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a three vehicle accident. One person was transported to the hospital and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

EQUALITY COMMUNITY

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 51 after receiving a request for a funeral escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

RAY COMMUNITY

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 309 after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

Ray First Responders and Goodwater Medics were dispatched to Hwy 22 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

 

WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREA

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 29 after receiving a report of a domestic disturbance. The issue was resolved when one of the parties left the residence.
