JAIL POPULATION AS OF MARCH 27 (21 MALES & 6 FEMALES) TOTAL OF 27 INMATES

ARRESTS

Deputy Lipscomb arrested Christina Allen Peters from Alexander City, AL. on a warrant for Domestic Violence 3rd/Harassment. She was processed and released on bond to await trial.

Deputy Rudd arrested Kristie Hughes Smith from Clanton, AL. on a warrant for Negotiating a Worthless Instrument. She was processed and released on bond to await trial.

Corporal Moon arrested April Butler Salter from Sylacauga, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Pay/Failing to Register Vehicle. She was processed and placed in the County Jail to await trial.

Corporal Moon arrested Marco NMN Davis from Sylacauga, AL. on warrants for Failure to Pay/Following to Close and No Driver’s License. He was processed and placed in the County Jail to await trial.

CALLS FOR SERVICE

STEWARTVILLE

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 41 after receiving a report of an unwanted person. The subject causing the problems had left the residence prior to the Deputy’s arrival.

A Deputy was dispatched to Hardy Lane after receiving a request for a civil standby. The Deputy assisted the citizen while they retrieved their property.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 41 after receiving a report of Harassment. A report was completed and the warrant process explained.

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a stranded motorist. The Deputy assisted the motorist without incident.

A Deputy was dispatched to Sunnyside Circle after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy located the subject and determined that everything was ok.

Hanover and Stewartville First Responders, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a multi vehicle accident involving a cow. One person was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

WEOGUFKA

A Deputy and the Coroner were dispatched to Rock Springs Loop after receiving a report of a resident that had passed away. A report was completed and the scene was turned over to the Coroner.

Weogufka First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to County Road 56 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

Weogufka First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to Prater Road after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

HANOVER

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a stranded motorist. The Deputy assisted the motorist without incident.

A Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to County Road 49 after receiving a report of a two vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 75 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle and determined that everything was ok.

MOUNT OLIVE

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 49 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy located the subject and determined that everything was ok.

Willie Earl Gamble a convicted Sex Offender that resides on Gamble Drive reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

Goodwater Medics were dispatched to County Road 38 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 49 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. A report was completed and the warrant process explained.

KEYNO

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 71 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to County Road 40 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

Kellyton Medics were dispatched to County Road 71 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

 

 

GOODWATER

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.

KELLYTON

A Deputy was dispatched to Long Tree Drive after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. A report for Domestic Violence 3rd/Harassment was completed and the warrant process explained.

Kellyton Medics were dispatched to County Road 85 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 89 after receiving a request for a welfare check. The Deputy located the subject and determined that everything was ok.

A Deputy was dispatched to Fosheeton Lane after receiving a report of an unwanted person. The Deputy located the subject which he determined was wanted by another agency. The Deputy transported the subject to the County Line and turned him over to the other department.

Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Morning Star Lane after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 40 after receiving a report of loud music. The Deputy located the source of the music and warned the subjects to turn it down.

Kellyton Medics were dispatched to County Road 89 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 85 after receiving a report of an unwanted person. The subject causing the problems had left the residence prior to the Deputy’s arrival.

Kellyton Medics were dispatched to County Road 40 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

RICHVILLE

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 105 after receiving a report of an unwanted person. The subject had left the residence prior to the Deputy’s arrival.

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 29 after receiving a request for a funeral escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.

A Deputy was dispatched to the Sheriff’s Office after a resident came in to report a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

 

ROCKFORD

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a business burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the business and determined that the alarm was false.

A Deputy was dispatched to Robinson Road after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle and determined that they were salesmen going door to door trying to sell meat. The Deputy determined that they did not have a license to do so. The Deputy warned them about selling without a license and asked them to move on.

Stewartville First Responders and Goodwater Medics were dispatched to Hwy 231 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

A Deputy was dispatched to Smith Street after receiving a report of an unwanted person. The subject causing the problems had left the residence prior to the Deputy’s arrival.

Rockford First Responders and Goodwater Medics were dispatched to Hwy 22 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

COTTAGE GROVE / HISSOP

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 30 after receiving a request for a welfare check. The Deputy located the subject and determined that everything was ok.

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a stranded motorist. The Deputy assisted the motorist without incident.

Corporal Moon attended the Monthly Neighborhood Watch Meeting where he presented the monthly crime report for the area.

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle which appeared to be disabled.

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 259 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle and determined that everything was ok.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 73 after receiving a report of an unwanted person. The subject causing the problems had left the residence prior to the Deputy’s arrival.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 26 after receiving a report of Harassment. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 73 after receiving a report of a juvenile riding an ATV in the roadway. The Deputy located the juvenile and spoke to the parents, resolving the issue without incident.

LAKE MARTIN

A Deputy was dispatched to Towns Trail after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.

LAKE MITCHELL

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 121 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle and determined that the vehicle appeared to be disabled.
