JAIL POPULATION AS OF OCTOBER 30 (21 MALES & 3 FEMALES) TOTAL OF 24 INMATES

ARRESTS

On October 24^th Lt. Burke arrested Herman NMN Sanders from Wetumpka, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear/ Driving While Revoked and No Seat Belt. He was processed and released after fines were paid.

On October 25^th Deputy Smith arrested Eric Duwayne Fugate from Sylacauga, AL. on the charge of Domestic Violence 3^rd/Assault. He was processed and released on a $2000 bond to await trial.

On October 27^th Deputy Jones arrested Timothy Ray Dupriest from Sylacauga, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear / No Insurance, Speeding and Driving While Suspended. He was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.

On October 29^th Lt. Burke arrested Jim Milton Mims from Wingsdale, NY. On a warrant for Non Support of a Child. He was processed and released on a written Court Order to Appear at the next Child Support court date.

On October 29^th Deputy Rudd arrested James Edward Kendrick from Kellyton, AL. on the charge of Driving Under the Influence. He was processed and released on a $2000 bond to await trial.

On October 30^th Deputy Rudd arrested Tommarious Lamar Baker from Childersburg, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/ Speeding. He was processed and released after fines were paid.

CALLS FOR SERVICE

STEWARTVILLE

On October 24^th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a request for a funeral escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.

On October 25^th a Deputy was dispatched to Weathers Lane after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. A report was completed and one subject was arrested for Domestic Violence 3^rd/Assault.

On October 28^th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a request for a funeral escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.

On October 30^th Stewartville First Responders, Sylacauga Ambulance, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 280 near CR 150 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

WEOGUFKA

On October 25^th a Deputy was dispatched to Mockingbird Trail after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.

HANOVER

On October 30^th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 75 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.

On October 28^th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 75 after receiving a report of an Assault. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.

On October 25^th Sylacauga Ambulance was dispatched to CR 75 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

GOODWATER

On October 26^th Stacy Bernard McKinney a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 52 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

KELLYTON

On October 30^th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 77 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On October 30^th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Hwy 9 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On October 29^th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Hwy 280 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On October 27^th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a request for a funeral escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.

On October 24^th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.

RICHVILLE

On October 29^th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 19 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.

EQUALITY

On October 29^th Equality First Responders and Haynes Ambulance were dispatched to CR 2 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to a local hospital.

On October 28^th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 259 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.

On October 25^th Equality First Responders, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident involving an overturned truck. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

RAY

On October 29^th Goodwater Medics were dispatched to Hwy 9 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

SMYRNA

On October 30^th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 85 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On October 29^th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 85 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.
