Deputy Lipscomb arrested Shane William Roberts Jr. from Goodwater, AL. on warrants for Harassing Communications and Criminal Mischief 3rd. He was processed and released on bond to await trial.

Deputy Jones arrested Kenneth Wade Boulware from Kellyton, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Domestic Violence 3rd. He was processed and placed in the County Jail to await trial.

Deputy Lipscomb arrested April Lasha Crocker Crow from Sylacauga, AL. on a warrant for Negotiating a Worthless Instrument. She was processed and placed in the County Jail to await trial.

MARBLE VALLEY

A Deputy was dispatched to East Marble Valley Road after receiving a report of Harassment. The Deputy spoke to the complainant and explained the warrant process.

STEWARTVILLE

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 68 after receiving a report of Animal Cruelty. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 39 after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 150 after receiving a report of a stranded motorist. The Deputy assisted the motorist without incident.

Care Ambulance and a Deputy were dispatched to Little Toms Road after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to a local hospital.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 16 after receiving a report of Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle. A report was completed and the vehicle was located after a brief search.

HANOVER

Kellyton Medics were dispatched to County Road 75 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

Hanover First Responders and Goodwater Medics were dispatched to County Road 75 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

MOUNT OLIVE

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 116 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 49 after receiving a report of Harassment. The Deputy spoke to the complainant and explained the warrant process.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 116 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

GOODWATER

Deputies were dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a request for assistance from Goodwater Police Department on a Robbery at a local business. The Deputies along with the Alabama Game and Fish Department assisted in the arrest of two subjects.

A Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to County Road 81 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

 

 

KELLYTON

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 77 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle and determined that the subject had permission to be on the property.

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of an unwanted person. The subject causing the problems had left the residence prior to the Deputy’s arrival.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 50 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.

Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Trailer Park Road after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 46 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm was false.

Danny Jerome Hanson a convicted Sex Offender that resides on County Road 28 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

ROCKFORD

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the person.

Warren Seymour Trammell Jr. a convicted Sex Offender that resides on Hwy 231 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a stranded motorist. The Deputy assisted the motorist without incident.

COTTAGE GROVE / HISSOP

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 30 after receiving a report of a church burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the church and determined that the alarm had been set off by accident.

EQUALITY

Equality First Responders were dispatched to County Road 98 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was assisted without incident.

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a report of an unwanted person. The subject causing the problems had left the residence prior to the Deputy’s arrival.

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 259 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the person.

ARRESTS

Deputy House arrested Billy Solomon Herron, Jr. from Alexander City, AL. on the charges of Driving Under the Influence and Attempting to Elude. He was processed and placed in the County Jail to await trial.

Deputy Moon arrested Cortez Deshun Lawson from Alpine, AL. on a warrant for Probation Violation. He was processed and placed in the County Jail to await trial.

Deputy Moon arrested Kenneth Wade Boulware from Kellyton, AL. on the charge of Disorderly Conduct. He was processed and released on bond to await trial.

Deputy Jones arrested Justin Wade Weldon from Alexander City, AL. on a warrant for Domestic Violence 3rd/Assault. He was processed and released on bond to await trial.

STEWARTVILLE

A Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a two vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 53 after a resident reported hearing several suspicious noises. The Deputy checked the residence and patrolled the area and did not locate the source of the noises.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 150 after receiving a report of an Assault. A report was completed and the warrant process explained.

Deputies were dispatched to Rustling Pines Lane after receiving a report of a subject threatening to harm himself. The Deputies located the subject and he was transported to a Birmingham Hospital.

Stewartville First Responders, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hope Lane after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

Stewartville, Hanover and Weogufka First Responders, Sylacauga Ambulance, Deputies and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a two vehicle accident. There were three reported fatalities and the scene was turned over to the Coroner and Trooper.

WEOGUFKA

Weogufka First Responders were dispatched to County Road 29 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was assisted without incident.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 16 after receiving a request for a welfare check. The Deputy located the subject and determined that everything was ok.

Weogufka First Responders, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to County Road 29 after receiving a report of an overturned vehicle. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

A Deputy was dispatched to Oak Tree Drive after receiving a report of ATV’s in the roadway. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the ATV’s.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 29 after receiving a request for a civil standby. The Deputy assisted the citizen while they retrieved their property.

HANOVER

A Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a two vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 66 after receiving a report of Harassment. The Deputy spoke to the complainant and explained the warrant process.

Kenneth Ray Swindell a convicted Sex Offender that resides on Queen Street came to the Sheriff’s Office to update his yearly Sex Offender information.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 332 after receiving a report of a horse loose in the area. The Deputy located the owner of the animal, which put it back in its pasture.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 94 after a resident reported hearing a loud noise in the area. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the source of the noise.

KELLYTON

A Deputy was dispatched to Long Tree Drive after receiving a request for a civil standby. The Deputy assisted the citizen in a child custody issue without incident.

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 115 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 323 after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
