ARRESTS

Lt. Burke arrested Kimble Keith Edwards from Kellyton, AL. on a warrant for Reckless Endangerment. He was processed and placed in the County Jail to await trial.

Deputy Rudd arrested Russell Scot Stanfield from Wetumpka, AL. on the charge of Driving Under the Influence. He was processed and released on bond to await trial.

Corporal Moon arrested Danny James King from Verbena, AL. on the charge of Probation Violation. He was processed and placed in the County Jail to await trial.

Deputy Rudd arrested Richard Donald Garrett from Alexander City, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Pay/ Giving False Information to Law Enforcement. He was processed and released after fines were paid.

Deputy Lipscomb arrested Rickey Franklin Brooks from Sylacauga, AL. on a Grand Jury Indictment for Drug Trafficking. He was processed and placed in the County Jail to await trial.

Deputy Rudd arrested William Steven Flint Jr. from Stewartville, AL. on a Grand Jury Indictment for Drug Trafficking. He was processed released on bond to await trial.

Lt. Keel Arrested William Steven Flint III from Stewartville, AL. on a Grand Jury Indictment for Drug Trafficking. He was processed and placed in the County Jail to await trial.

Deputy House arrested Justin Lee Young from Rockford, AL. on the charge of Domestic Violence by Strangulation or Suffocation. He was processed and placed in the County Jail to await trial.

STEWARTVILLE

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 68 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the vehicle.

A Deputy was dispatched to McKinney Drive after resident reported gunshots in the area. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the source of the shots.

A Deputy was dispatched to Ferguson Road after receiving a report of Trespassing. A report was completed and the warrant process explained.

Freddie Richard Johns a convicted Sex Offender that resides on County Road 41, reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

Randy Wayne Adair a convicted Sex Offender that resides on County Road 70, reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 150 after receiving a report of a stranded motorist. The Deputy assisted the motorist without incident.

Weogufka First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to Friendly Pine Trail after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

Angela Sue Sexton a convicted Sex Offender that resides on County Road 29, reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update her quarterly Sex Offender information.

Ray First Responders, A Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 9 after receiving a report of a single vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

Deputy Jones arrested Zachary Michael Hall from Prattville, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/ Fishing without a License. He was processed and released after fines were paid.

Stewartville First Responders and Kellyton Medics were dispatched to County Road 68 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

A Deputy was dispatched to Hardy Lane after receiving a report of loud music. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the source of the music.

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a cow in the roadway. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the cow.

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report from Hospice about the death of one of their patients. A report was completed after the Coroner was notified and the scene was turned over to a local Funeral Home.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 53 after receiving a report of loud music. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the source of the music.

ROCKFORD

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of an unwanted person. The subject causing the problems had left the residence prior to the Deputy’s arrival.

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a business burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the business and determined that the alarm was false.

SPEED

A Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

COTTAGE GROVE / HISSOP

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 30 after receiving a report of a church burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the church and determined that the alarm was false.

EQUALITY

A Deputy was dispatched to Cook Road after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the vehicle.

Equality First Responders and Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Austin Road after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

A Deputy was dispatched to Timber Lane after receiving a report of log trucks blocking the roadway. The Deputy spoke to the drivers and advised them to move the trucks from the roadway.

Equality First Responders, Haynes Ambulance, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to County Road 2 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. Two people were transported to Russell Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

RAY

A Deputy, Ray First Responders and Kellyton Medics were dispatched to County Road 91 after receiving a report of an unresponsive person. A report was completed and the scene was turned over to the Coroner.

Equality First Responders and Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Woody Lane after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 73 after receiving a report of an unwanted person. The Deputy located the subject and warned them not to return to the residence

Ray First Responders and Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Hwy 22 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREA

A Deputy was dispatched to Coosa Valley Medical Center after a resident reported an Assault. A report was completed and the warrant process explained.

A Deputy was dispatched to the Sheriff’s Office after a resident came in to report a Sexual Assault. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.
