ARRESTS

Lt. Keel arrested Marcus Blake Jones from Jacksons Gap, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Speeding. He was processed and released after fines were paid.

Corporal Moon arrested Janica Latoya Lawson from Alexander City, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Speeding. She was processed and released after fines were paid.

Chief Davidson arrested LaCraig Marshall Kelly from Goodwater, AL. on warrants for Reckless Driving, Speeding, No Brake Lights, Improper Lane Change, Failure to Signal, Failure to Stop at Stop Sign, Attempting to Elude, and Reckless Endangerment. He was processed and released on bond to await trial.

Deputy House arrested Kevin Marsh Kendall from Alexander City, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Driving while Suspended. He was processed and released after fines were paid.

Deputy Smith arrested Alicia Renee Wilson from Kellyton, Al. on a warrant for Negotiating a Worthless Instrument. She was processed and released on bond to await trial.

Deputy Jones arrested Phillip Lawrence Mills from Stewartville, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Assault 3rd and also one charge of Resisting Arrest. He was processed and placed in the County Jail to await trial.

A Deputy was dispatched to Red Robin Road after receiving a report of Trespassing. The Deputy spoke to the complainant and explained the warrant process.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 5 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. A report was completed for Domestic Violence 3rd/Harassment and the warrant process explained.

Marble Valley First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to Laurie Ann Drive after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

STEWARTVILLE

Stewartville First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to Thornton Lane after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

A Deputy was dispatched to Oakcrest Drive after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle and determined that everything was ok.

Stewartville First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to County Road 68 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

A Deputy was dispatched to Hallman Drive after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined the alarm to be false.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 53 after receiving a report of a prowler. The Deputy checked the residence and patrolled the area and did not locate anything suspicious.

Ray First Responders, Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to County Road 96 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. Two people were transported to Russell Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

LAKE MARTIN

Haynes Ambulance was dispatched to Memory Lane after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREA

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 16 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. The subject that was causing the problems had left the residence prior to the Deputy’s arrival. A report was completed for Domestic Violence 3rd/Harassment and the warrant process explained.

A Deputy was dispatched to Sleepy Hollow Road after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. A report was completed for Criminal Mischief 2nd and Criminal Trespassing 1st and the case is under investigation.

ROCKFORD

Hanover First Responders, Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. One person was transported to Russell Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the person.

Rockford First Responders, Sylacauga Ambulance, and Rockford Police Department were dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of an unresponsive person. A report was completed and the scene was turned over to the Coroner.

SPEED

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a stranded motorist. The Deputy assisted the motorist without incident.

COTTAGE GROVE / HISSOP

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a prowler. The Deputy checked the residence and patrolled the area and did not locate anything suspicious.

Corporal Moon attended the Monthly Neighborhood Watch Meeting where he presented the monthly Crime Report for the area.

A Deputy was dispatched to Skyler Drive after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

LAKE MARTIN

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 24 after receiving a report of Trespassing. A report was completed and the warrant process explained.

Haynes Ambulance was dispatched to Glass Point Road after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREA

A Deputy was dispatched to Cedar Circle after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

LAKE MITCHELL

A Deputy was dispatched to Bluebird Lane after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the vehicle.
