ARRESTS

On November 14th Deputy Smith arrested Jeremiah Larry Golden from Kellyton, AL. on a warrant for Theft of Property 1st. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $10,000 bond to await trial.

On November 14th Corporal Moon arrested Steven Nicholas Salters from Alexander City, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Pay/ Domestic Violence 3rd Harassment. He was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.

On November 16th Lt. Hammond arrested Clifford William Stroh from Alexander City, AL. on a Grand Jury Indictment for Driving Under the Influence. He was processed and released on a $ 5000 bond to await trial.

On November 16th Deputy Lipscomb arrested Lakisha Montrese Barnes from Alexander City, AL. on 8 warrants for Failure to Appear/Negotiating a Worthless Instrument. She was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.

On November 17th Deputy Rudd arrested Joshua Matthew Cleckler from Clanton, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear/Burglary 3rd and Theft of Property 3rd. He was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.

On November 17th Deputy House arrested Harvey NMN Wright from Alexander City, AL. on the charges of Public Intoxication and Resisting Arrest. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $1500 bond to await trial.

On November 17th Lt. Hammond arrested Shannon Lysandra Woods from Sylacauga, AL. on the charges of Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle. She was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $5000 bond to await trial.

On November 18th Deputy Rudd arrested James Earl Mizzell from Sylacauga, AL. on the charge of Driving Under the Influence. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $2000 bond to await trial.

On November 18th Lt. Hammond arrested Christopher Audrell Storey from Talladega, AL. Grand Jury Indictments for Burglary 3rd and Theft of Property 3rd. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $15,000 bond to await trial.

On November 18th Lt. Hammond arrested David Lee Munoz from Wetumpka AL. on Grand Jury Indictment for Theft of Property 1st. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $15,000 bond to await trial.

On November 18th Lt. Hammond arrested Brandon Jerrod Curry from Talladega, AL. on Grand Jury Indictments for Burglary 3rd and Theft of Property 2nd. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $15,000 bond to await trial.

On November 18th Deputy Jones arrested Craig Lashuan Jones from Alexander City, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear/Giving False Information. He was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.

HANOVER

On November 20th a Deputy was dispatched to US Hwy 280 after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.

KEYNO

On November 14th a Deputy was dispatched to the Sheriff’s Office after a resident came in to report a Internet Scam. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.

GOODWATER

On November 15th Raymond Adam Chillura a convicted Sex Offender that resides on Queen Street reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

On November 15th Henry Lee Kelly a convicted Sex Offender that resides on Holmes Street reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

On November 17th Scott Alexander Nicholas a convicted Sex Offender that resides on Gamble Drive reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

KELLYTON

On November 15th Kellyton and Goodwater Medics, Deputies and an Alabama State Troopers were dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a multiple vehicle accident. Several persons were transported to Russell Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Troopers.

On November 15th a Deputy was dispatched to Long Tree Drive after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.

On November 15th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Spruce Street after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On November 16th a Deputy was dispatched to Long Tree Drive after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.

On November 16th Johnathon Wayne Vines a convicted Sex Offender that resides on Hwy 280 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

On November 18th a Deputy was dispatched to Long Tree Drive after receiving a report of a Burglary. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.

RICHVILLE

On November 16th Richville and Rockford First Responders, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

COTTAGE GROVE / HISSOP

On November 16th Carey Tumane Leonard a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 101 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

On November 19th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 79 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.

On November 19th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 93 after receiving a report of a domestic disturbance. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.

EQUALITY

On November 14th Equality First Responders and Haynes Ambulance were dispatched to CR 2 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On November 20th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 20 after receiving a report of Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.

RAY

On November 19th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a report of a Criminal Mischief. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.

On November 11th Deputy House arrested Tonika Alexanderia Allen from Goodwater, AL. on a warrant for Probation Violation and Possession of Marijuana 1st. She was processed and released on a $10,000 bond to await trial.

After talking to both parties one subject was taken into custody after finding out that he was wanted by another agency. The subject was transported to the County Jail and turned over to the other Agency.

On November 11th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 41 after receiving a report of Harassment. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.

WEOGUFKA

On November 9th Weogufka First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to CR 41 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

On November 13th a Deputy was dispatched to Oak Tree Drive after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.

KEYNO

On November 12th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Mitchell Child Care Lane after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

RICHVILLE

On November 7th Rockford First Responders and Care Ambulance were dispatched to Hwy 22 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

On November 11th Richville First Responders, Haynes Ambulance and a Deputy were dispatched to Hwy 22 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was airlifted by Haynes Life Flight to a local Hospital.

ROCKFORD

On November 9th a Deputy was dispatched to Nixburg Road after receiving a report of a private property accident. A report was completed without incident.

On November 11th a Deputy was dispatched to the Sheriff’s Office after a resident came in to report that someone had shot into his vehicle. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.

EQUALITY

On November 7th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 76 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.

On November 10th a Deputy was dispatched to Web Road after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.

RAY

On November 7th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 259 after receiving a request for a funeral escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.

On November 10th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 9 to assist the Department of Human Resources with a Child Endangerment case. A report was completed and the scene was turned over to DHR.

On November 13th a Deputy and a Hospice Nurse were dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of a resident passing away. A report was completed and the scene was turned over to Hospice.

LAKE MITCHELL

On November 13th Richville First Responders and Haynes Ambulance were dispatched to CR 110 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Baptist Hospital in Prattville.

On November 2nd a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a private property accident. A report was completed without incident.

On November 4th a Deputy was dispatched to Talla-Coosa Trailer Park after receiving a report of a Burglary. A report was completed and was turned over to the Investigator.

On November 6th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 50 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On November 2nd Richville First Responders, Haynes Ambulance and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. One person was transported to a local hospital by private vehicle and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

On October 25th Deputy Smith arrested Eric Duwayne Fugate from Sylacauga, AL. on the charge of Domestic Violence 3rd/Assault. He was processed and released on a $2000 bond to await trial.

On October 27th Deputy Jones arrested Timothy Ray Dupriest from Sylacauga, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear / No Insurance, Speeding and Driving While Suspended. He was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.

On October 19th Lt. Keel arrested Justice Lamar Lowe from Auburn, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear/ Driving While Suspended and Speeding. He was processed and released after fines were paid.
