JAIL POPULATION AS OF JULY 12 (24 MALES & 6 FEMALES) TOTAL OF 30 INMATES

 

ARRESTS

Chief Davidson arrested William Kenneth Lowe from Rockford, AL. on the charge of Failure to Comply with Sex Offender registration. He was processed and released on bond to await trial.

Lt. Burke arrested Leterrence Terrell Robinson from Goodwater, AL. on the charges of Breaking and Entering of a Vehicle and Theft of Property 1st. He was processed and released on bond to await trial.

Deputy Rudd arrested Brandon Montrez Poole from Millbrook, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Speeding. He was processed and released after fines were paid.

Lt. Burke arrested James Walter Linch from Prattville, AL. on a warrant for Probation Violation. He was processed and placed in the County Jail to await trial.

Deputy Rudd arrested Riley Edward Sayers from Stewartville, AL. on the charge of Domestic Violence 3rd/Assault. He was processed and released on bond to await trial.

Deputy Jones arrested Fernando Terrell McCain from Birmingham, Al. on warrants for Failure to Appear/Speeding and No Insurance. He was processed and released after fines were paid.

Corporal Moon arrested Crystal Rene Lanham from Goodwater, AL. on a warrant for Drug Court Violations. She was processed and released after serving a 48 hour sentence.

Deputy Rudd arrested Justin Lee Curtis from Sylacauga, AL, on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Arson 2nd. He was processed and placed in the County Jail to await trial.

Lt. Burke arrested Nelson Wayne Norris from Kellyton, AL. on the charge of Minor in Possession of Alcohol. He was processed and placed in the County Jail to await trial.

Deputy Rudd arrested Octavious Labron Foster from Alexander City, AL. on a warrant for Non-Support of a Child. He was processed and placed in the County Jail to await trial.

 

CALLS FOR SERVICE

STEWARTVILLE

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 29 after receiving a report of a cow in the roadway. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the cow.

A Deputy was dispatched to Thornton Lane after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. The Deputy spoke to both parties and the issue was resolved without incident.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 78 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. A report was completed and one person was arrested for Domestic Violence 3rd/Assault.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 74 after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

Stewartville First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to County Road 74 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

A Deputy was dispatched to Quail Trail after receiving a report of loud music. The Deputy located the source of the music and warned them to turn it down.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 29 after receiving a report of a stranded motorist. The Deputy assisted the motorist without incident.

A Deputy was dispatched to the Sheriff’s Office after a resident came in to report a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

A Deputy and a Deputy Coroner were dispatched to County Road 56 after Hospice reported the death of a resident. A report was completed and the scene was turned over to the Deputy Coroner.

HANOVER

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 34 after receiving a report of a residential burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the residence and determined that the alarm had been set off by accident.

Hanover First Responders were dispatched to County Road 75 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was assisted without incident.

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a business burglar alarm. The Deputy checked the business and determined that the alarm had been set off by accident.

MOUNT OLIVE

Goodwater and Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State trooper were dispatched to County Road 49 after receiving a report of a two vehicle accident. Two people were transported to Russell Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

Deputy Jones attended the Monthly Neighborhood Watch meeting where he presented the monthly crime report for the area.

KEYNO

Kellyton Medics were dispatched to County Road 71 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

GOODWATER

Kenneth Ray Swindell a convicted Sex Offender that resides on Queen Street reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

KELLYTON

Kellyton Medics were dispatched to County Road 85 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 85 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. The subject causing the problems had left the residence prior to the Deputy’s arrival.

A Deputy was dispatched to Long Tree Drive after receiving a report of an unwanted person. The Deputy located the subject and one arrest was made for a minor in possession of alcohol.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 46 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the subject.

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of a stranded motorist. The Deputy assisted the motorist without incident.

A Deputy was dispatched to Brookside Lane after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. The subject causing the problems had left the residence prior to the Deputy’s arrival, a report for Domestic Violence 3rd/Assault was completed and the warrant process explained.

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a report of someone shooting close to the Highway. The Deputy located the subjects and warned them about shooting too close to the roadway.

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a stranded motorist. The Deputy assisted the motorist without incident.

A Deputy was dispatched to Woodfin Road after receiving a report of a missing person. After a brief investigation the person was located and the Deputy had determined that everything was ok.

Rockford First Responders and Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Washington Street after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

SPEED

A Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle. The Deputy located the vehicle and determined that the vehicle was disabled.

COTTAGE GROVE / HISSOP

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 93 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy patrolled the area and did not locate the person.

A Deputy was dispatched to County Road 30 after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. The Deputy spoke to both parties and the issue was resolved without incident.

Deputy House arrested Camryn Seth Collier from Sylacauga, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear/Criminal Mischief 3rd and Burglary 3rd x 3. He was processed and placed in the County Jail to await trial.

Lt. Keel arrested Jacob Edward Smith from Sylacauga, AL. on Grand Jury Indictments for Manufacturing of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was processed and placed in the County Jail to await trial.

Corporal Moon arrested Johnathan Bernard Marbury from Montgomery, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear/ Driving While Suspended and No Insurance. He was processed and placed in the County Jail to await trial.

Lt. Hammond arrested Paul Ray McAnally from Verbena, AL. on a Grand Jury Indictment for Theft of Property 1st. He was processed and released on bond to await trial.
