ARRESTS

On May 2nd Deputy Jones arrested Anita Binion Warren from Kellyton, AL. on Grand Jury Indictments for Theft of Property 3rd x 3. She was processed and released on a $15,000 bond to await trial.

On May 2nd Lt. Keel arrested Earl Ronald Culver from Sylacauga, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Comply/Public Intoxication. He was processed and released on a $2000 bond to await trial.

On May 2nd Lt. Hammond arrested Darryl Kreg Perry from Weogufka, AL. on a Grand Jury Indictment for Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was processed and released on a $10,000 bond to await trial.

On May 2nd Lt. Burke arrested Kytn William Wentzell from Goodwater, AL. on Grand Jury Indictments for Theft of Property 1st, Theft of Property 3rd and Burglary 3rd. He was processed and released on a $25,000 bond to await trial.

On May 2nd Chief Davidson arrested Joseph Corey Wilbanks from Rockford, AL. On the charge of Sex Offender Registration Notification Act. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $10,000 bond to await trial.

On May 3rd Lt. Keel arrested Joseph Corey Wilbanks from Rockford, AL. on a Grand Jury Indictment for Sex Offender Notification Act. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 10,000 bond to await trial.

On May 3rd Lt. Hammond arrested Christopher Lee Fisher from Weogufka, AL. on the charge of Harassment. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $2500 bond to await trial.

On May 3rd Lt. Keel arrested Shannon Denee Smith from Birmingham, AL. on a Grand Jury Indictment for Speeding. She was processed and released on a $500 bond to await trial.

On May 3rd Lt. Hammond arrested Tyneeshia Necole Adams from Aliceville, AL. on Grand Jury Indictments for Improper Lights and Chemical Endangerment of a Child. She was processed and released on a $10,500 bond to await trial.

On May 4th Deputy Lipscomb arrested Joseph William Scoggins from Goodwater, AL. on a Grand Jury Indictment for Theft of Property 1st. He was processed and released on a $ 10,000 bond to await trial.

On May 5th Lt. Hammond arrested Jourdain Pierre McKinney from Goodwater, AL. on a Grand Jury Indictment for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st. He was processed and released on a $5000 bond to await trial.

On May 6th Lt. Burke arrested Bobbie Joe Jordan from Kellyton, AL. on the charge of Public Intoxication, Criminal Trespass First Degree, and Public Lewdness. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $2500 bond to await trial.

On May 6th Lt. Burke arrested William Morris Whatley II from Alexander City, AL. on a Grand Jury Indictment for Theft of Property 3rd. He was processed and released on a $ 10,000 bond to await trial.

On May 1st a Deputy was dispatched to Varner Lane after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.

WEOGUFKA

On May 6th Weogufka First Responders, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 55 after receiving a report of a two vehicle accident. One person was transported to a local hospital by private vehicle and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

MOUNT OLIVE

On May 3rd a Deputy was dispatched to CR 123 after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On May 7th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 123 after receiving a report of Trespassing. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.

KEYNO

On May 2nd Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 71 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

GOODWATER

On May 1st Scott Alexander Nicholas a convicted Sex Offender that resides on Gamble Road reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

On May 3rd a Deputy was dispatched to CR 66 after receiving a report of Criminal Littering. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

KELLYTON

On May 2nd Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 280 near CR 50 after receiving a report of a two vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

On May 4th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 85 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.

On May 5th a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 97 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

On May 6th a Deputy was dispatched to Russell Medical Center after a resident reported an Assault. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.

On May 6th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 77 after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The Deputy located the subject and after completing a report he was arrested for Public Intoxication.

On May 6th Goodwater Medics were dispatched to Hwy 280 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

ROCKFORD

On May 7th Rockford First responders , Kellyton Medics , a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident . One person was transported to Russell Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

SPEED

On May 1st a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a request for a funeral escort to CR 40. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.

LAKE MARTIN

On May 2nd Equality First Responders, Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 20 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. One person was transported to Russell Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

On April 26th Corporal Moon arrested Eric Michael Hamilton from Stewartville, AL. on the charge of Domestic Violence 3rd / Assault. He was processed and released on a $2500 bond to await trial.

On April 26th Deputy Jones arrested Rachel Nicole Osbourn from Stewartville, AL. on the charge of Obstructing Governmental Operations. She was processed and released on a $1500 bond to await trial.

On April 29th Deputy House arrested Krystopher Patrick Mills from Tallassee, AL. on the charges of Obstructing Governmental Operations, Attempting to Elude, Unlawful Possession of a Concealed Firearm and Possession of Alcohol on a Wildlife Management Area. He was processed and released on an $8,000 bond to await trial.

STEWARTVILLE

On April 26th Stewartville First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to CR 150 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

On April 26th Deputies were dispatched to Roselyns Way after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. Reports were completed and one subject was arrested for Domestic Violence 3rd and another subject was arrested for Obstructing Governmental Operations.

On April 27th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 68 after receiving a report of a missing person. After a brief investigation the subject was located and it was determined that they were ok.

WEOGUFKA

On April 24th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 41 after receiving a report of an attempted Burglary. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

On April 25th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a report of a civil dispute. After speaking to the complainant the issue was resolved without incident.

On April 27th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 41 after receiving a report of a dog that had been shot. A report was completed for Cruelty to Animals and the case is under investigation.

On April 30th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 16 after receiving a report of Harassment. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

 

MOUNT OLIVE

On April 25th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 123 after receiving a report of Criminal Mischief. A report was completed and the case is under investigation.

KEYNO

On April 24th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 71 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On April 29th Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to CR 111 after receiving a report of an ATV accident. One subject was transported to Russell Medical Center by personal vehicle and one was airlifted by Life-Saver to UAB Hospital in Birmingham where he passed away shortly thereafter.

GOODWATER

On April 25th Cedric Lamar Debardelabon a convicted Sex Offender that resides on CR 66 reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

On April 28th Kenneth Ray Swindell a convicted Sex Offender that resides on Queen Street reported to the Sheriff’s Office to update his quarterly Sex Offender information.

KELLYTON

On April 24th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Hwy 280 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On April 25th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 119 after receiving a report of an unwanted person. The subject causing the problems had left the residence prior to the Deputy’s arrival.

On April 29th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 280 after receiving a request for a funeral escort. The Deputy completed the escort as requested.

RICHVILLE

On April 29th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 29 after receiving a report of a civil dispute. After speaking with the complainant, a report was completed and three subjects were arrested for Unlawful Possession of a Concealed Firearm, Possession of Alcohol on a Wildlife Management Area and Possession of a Firearm on a Wildlife Management Area.

ROCKFORD

On April 25th Stewartville First Responders and Kellyton Medics were dispatched to Hwy 231 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

On April 27th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 22 after receiving a report of an Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle. A report was completed and the vehicle was located and returned to the owner.

 

COTTAGE GROVE / HISSOP

On April 26th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 79 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

EQUALITY

On April 27th Lt. Burke attended the Monthly Neighborhood Watch Meeting where he presented the monthly crime report for the area.

RAY

On April 28th a Deputy was dispatched to Drake Road after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. After speaking to both parties a report was completed for Domestic Violence 3rd/Assault and the warrant process was explained.

On April 30th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 73 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.

ARRESTS

On April 12th Lt. Hammond arrested Allison Lori Dennis from Goodwater, AL. on warrants for Theft of Property 2nd and Theft of Property 3rd. Also she had a bond revocation on her original charges of Theft of Property 2nd and Identity Theft. She was processed and placed in the County Jail to await trial on a $15,000 bond on the Theft 2nd and Theft 3rd charges and NO BOND on the Theft 2nd and Identity Theft charges.

On April 13th Lt. Keel arrested LaMichael Jacobe Corbin from Goodwater, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Driving While Suspended. He was processed and released after fines were paid.

On April 13th Deputy Jones arrested Matthew Allen Green from Alexander City, AL. on a warrant for Probation Violation. He was processed and placed in the County Jail without bond to await trial.

On April 11th Stewartville First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to Hwy 231 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.

On April 12th Stewartville First Responders, Sylacauga Ambulance and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 280 near CR 150 after receiving a report of a two vehicle accident. There were no reported injuries and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.

On April 15th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of a private property accident. A report was completed without incident.

On April 15th a Deputy was dispatched to Antique Valley Drive after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.

On April 11th a Deputy was dispatched to Ferguson Road after receiving a report of Harassment. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.

On April 11th Weogufka First Responders, Sylacauga Ambulance and a Deputy were dispatched to CR 29 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was airlifted by Life-Saver to UAB Hospital in Birmingham.

On April 3rd Lt. Burke arrested Christopher Anthoney Chapman from Kellyton, AL. on the charge of Domestic Violence 3rd/Harassment. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $2500 bond to await trial.
