JAIL POPULATION AS OF OCTOBER 1 (18 MALES & 7 FEMALES) TOTAL OF 25 INMATES
ARRESTS
On September 25th Deputy Rudd arrested Sandy Renee Penton from Rockford, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Appear/Non-Support of a Child. She was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 1000 bond to await trial.
On September 26th Deputy House arrested Curtis Latavius Fuller from Goodwater, AL. on the charges of Unlawful Possession of a Concealed Weapon and Possession of Marijuana 2nd. He was processed and released on a $ 4000 bond to await trial.
On September 27th Lt. Keel arrested Frederick Dewayne Wisdom Jr. from Florence, AL. on Grand Jury Indictments for Possession of an Altered Firearm, Speeding and Expired Tag. He was processed and released on an $ 11,000 bond to await trial.
On September 27th Deputy Jones arrested Kimberly Denese Brooks from Alexander City, AL. on warrants for Failure to Appear/Driving While Suspended, Expired Tag and Speeding. She was processed and released on a $ 3,000 bond to await trial.
On September 28th Lt. Hammond arrested Colton Reed Jackson from Goodwater, AL. on the charge of Identity Theft. He was processed and placed in the County Jail on a $ 40,000 bond to await trial.
On September 28th Lt. Hammond arrested Brian Keith Smith from Rockford, AL. on a warrant for Failure to Pay/Domestic Violence 3rd/Assault. He was processed and released on a $ 1000 bond to await trial.
On September 29th Lt. Burke arrested Charles Cartwright Jackson from Equality, AL. on the charge of Driving Under the Influence. He was processed and released on a $ 2,000 bond to await trial.
On October 1st Deputy House arrested Jackson Akio Griggs from Birmingham, AL. on the charges of Driving Under the Influence, Possession of Marijuana 2nd and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st. He was processed and released on a $ 6,000 bond to await trial.
CALLS FOR SERVICE
STEWARTVILLE
On September 26th Stewartville First Responders and Sylacauga Ambulance were dispatched to CR 150 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center.
On September 30th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of an Assault. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.
WEOGUFKA
On September 26th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 41 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.
On September 27th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 55 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.
HANOVER
On September 25th a Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 231 after receiving a report of Harassment. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.
On September 28th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 75 after receiving a report of Harassment. A report was completed and the warrant process was explained.
On October 1st Stewartville, Weogufka and Hanover First Responders, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 231 near CR 59 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. One person was deceased and the scene was turned over to the Coroner and Trooper.
KEYNO
On September 30th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 40 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
KELLYTON
On September 26th Kellyton Medics were dispatched to CR 326 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
RICHVILLE
On September 28th Richville First Responders and Haynes Ambulance were dispatched to Hwy 22 near CR 29 after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Baptist South Hospital in Montgomery.
ROCKFORD
On September 30 Stewartville First Responders, Kellyton Medics and a Deputy were dispatched to Robinson Road after a resident requested medical assistance. The resident was transported to Russell Medical Center.
RAY
On September 28th a Deputy was dispatched to CR 32 after receiving a report of a Theft of Property. A report was completed and the case was turned over to the Investigator.
LAKE MARTIN
On September 27th Ray First Responders, Kellyton Medics, a Deputy and an Alabama State Trooper were dispatched to Hwy 259 near CR 92 after receiving a report of a one vehicle accident. One person was transported to Russell Medical Center and the scene was turned over to the Trooper.
